Racial harmony my ass!

By my friend,P. She writes: "Let us be realistic. Racial tension exists amongst us. To pretend otherwise would be imbecile. I learnt that young. Those like me would have probably guess that I'm of an Indian/Malay origin(I'm not telling). Stereotypically, I'm supposed to have oily hair,weird beliefs and an utterly indistinguishable accent. Nevermind that none of the above applies. Children have been forewarned. Stay away from the darker skin. Such prejudice has been inbred into the majority. I'm not claiming purity, they are. They're claiming to be superior with being the majority,their only justification. This nation is theirs. Nevermind that the Malays are indigneous to Singapore. This nation belongs to them. We are merely overstayers. Who can blame them for being irked? We are afterall overstaying our hospitality!"
